Kimberly LaGraff, mezzo-soprano, is a talented and versatile performer who moves easily between classical, Broadway and popular styles of singing.  A graduate of the Tri-Cities Opera Resident Artist program in Binghamton, NY, she lists among her credits the roles of Dorabella in Cosí fan tutte, Isabella in L’Italiana in Algeri, Valencienne in The Merry Widow, and received strong reviews in Opera News for her performances of Cherubino in Le Nozze di Figaro and Nicklauss in Les Contes d’Hoffmann.  She has also sung the role of Hansel in Hansel and Gretel with the Ocean City Pops in Ocean City, NJ, and was recently seen as Cousin Hebe in Opera East Texas’s production of H.M.S. Pinafore.  Ms. LaGraff has made solo appearances with the Orchestra of the Pines, the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra, the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra and the Ithaca Choral Society, and was a regular soloist with the Binghamton Pops Orchestra.  In addition to her classical work, she has been the featured singer at regional women’s conferences in upstate New York and in 2007 was given a Community Service Award by the American Association of University Women for her many performances in and around East Texas.  A native of Buffalo, NY, Ms. LaGraff earned her Master of Music degree in vocal performance from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ, and her Bachelor of Music degree—also in vocal performance—from the University of Redlands in Redlands, CA.
