Kimilee Bryant is pleased to return to Longview after performing at the 2003 Kaleidescope gala. She recently sang Zerlina in Don Giovanni with the Boheme Co. in NJ and has performed Mabel in Pirates at City Center in NYC, with Piedmont Opera (NC), on tour in the Southeast and NJ with NY Gilbert & Sullivan Players and with The Sacramento Music Circus. Other G&S roles include: Josephine/ H.M.S. Pinafore , Phyllis/ Iolanthe, Casilda/ The Gondoliers , Aline/ The Sorcerer and Elsie/ The Yeomen of the Guard. Ms. Bryant performed the role of Christine Daae in The Phantom of the Opera on Broadway , Switzerland , Toronto and to critical acclaim on the national tour. She has performed with Opera Ontario, Portland Opera, Brevard Music Center , Aspen Opera and earned her Master of Music from Manhattan School of Music where she sang with the John Brownlee Opera Theatre. Roles include: Gretel/ Hansel & Gretel , Adele/ Die Fledermaus , Musetta/ La Boheme , Bianca/ The Taming of The Shrew , Polly/ The Beggar's Opera , Susannah/ Le Nozze Di Figaro and theatre roles: Maria / West Side Story , Marian / The Music Man , Eliza/ My Fair Lady , Sharon/ Master Class among many others. She was a regional finalist of the Metropolitan Opera Auditions in 1998 and performs concerts regularly all over the world ( this year in Berlin, St. Lucia, FL, NJ,NY,CT,SC and coming up in The Napa Valley). Concert work also includes: soloist at Avery Fisher Hall ( Lincoln Center ) with the National Chorale and at the Utrecht Music Festival in Holland in Handel's Messiah. |
